Cookie Policy

How TARK Learn uses cookies, local storage, and similar browser storage.

Effective May 28, 2026

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies and similar browser storage help a website remember session state, security checks, preferences, and basic product settings. TARK Learn may use cookies, local storage, or equivalent browser storage depending on the page and feature.

2. Essential Cookies and Storage

  • Parent account authentication and return routing.
  • Admin authentication and protected admin sessions.
  • Student learner-session state after learner ID and PIN sign-in.
  • Selected learner, profile-picker, CSRF/state, or security-related values.
  • Operational session data needed to prevent abuse, debug issues, and keep the service reliable.

3. Preferences

TARK Learn may store preferences such as selected theme, selected course, recent view, or similar interface settings so students and parents do not need to reselect them every time.

4. Advertising

TARK Learn does not use student data for behavioral advertising and does not sell student personal information. The current student experience is designed around learning, security, and parent-managed access, not ad tracking.

5. Managing Cookies

Most browsers let you delete or block cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parent sign-in, admin sign-in, learner sign-in, uploads, or protected pages from working.

6. Privacy Requests

Because TARK Learn does not sell student data or use student data for behavioral advertising, most cookie requests are handled through normal privacy support. See the Privacy Policy and Student Privacy page for request paths.

7. Contact

Questions or requests can be sent to privacy@tarklearn.com. Product support can be sent to support@tarklearn.com.
